What was the appeal anyway? Here is a collection of photos to try and illustrate my first impressions. I know it’s not for everyone, but for me the appeal was the opportunity for both living space and studio with workshop. The house started out (in 1910) as a storefront with living space above. Along the way it got converted to a duplex, and then to a single family home. And now I will be customizing it further. Click a photo to enter the gallery.
